Rivoryn Ltd
Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 8 June 2026
1. Our commitment
Rivoryn Ltd wants rivoryn.ie to be usable by as many people as possible. Accessibility is part of building useful digital products, and we treat it as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time task.
2. Conformance target
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for rivoryn.ie. This aligns with the accessibility expectations for public-facing websites under the EU Web Accessibility Directive and Irish transposition requirements for relevant organisations and services.
3. What we do
The website is built with semantic HTML, visible focus states, keyboard-accessible navigation, labelled form fields, responsive layouts, readable typography, skip links, and colour contrast chosen for comfortable reading. We also review motion and interaction patterns with accessibility in mind.
4. Assessment approach
Accessibility is reviewed through a combination of internal checks during development, manual keyboard and screen-reader spot checks, and ongoing review as pages and components change. A formal third-party audit may be commissioned for major redesigns.
Last reviewed: 8 June 2026.
5. Known limitations
Some content, browser combinations, assistive technology versions, or third-party integrations may still reveal issues. Complex visual components, animation-heavy sections, or future embedded media may require additional accessibility work as the site evolves.
6. Feedback and contact
If you find an accessibility barrier on rivoryn.ie, contact info@rivoryn.ie with the page URL, device and browser details, and a short description of the issue. We will review it and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant enforcement body in Ireland. For many website accessibility matters, this may involve the National Disability Authority or other applicable Irish supervisory or redress routes depending on the nature of the service. For data-protection related issues, see our Privacy Policy.
